we had an amazing stay at radisson blu! the staff were super friendly, especially the guest relation officer, who really made us feel welcome. our room was super spacious with a great view of mt erciyes and had everything we needed. the location was also perfect, right next to the forum shopping center, where we enjoyed some delicious meals. the complimentary car wash for our dusty electric car was a really nice touch!

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the nearby Erciyes Ski Resort for some thrilling ski runs and some fun snowboarding. The rooftop bar had the best views, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable.

The check-in process took a long time, which was a bit frustrating. It felt disorganized at first, but we managed to settle in eventually.

Heated indoor pool was a relaxing experience.

The air conditioner was problematic, constantly failing to cool our room properly. It was disruptive to sleep, waking us up several times during the night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed was inadequate for video meetings, which was frustrating during our stay.
